Aloha Drapery manufactures all of its orders on an individualized and customized basis and therefore operates under a No Return/No Exchange Policy, unless covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty. If alterations are necessary, AlohaDrapery.com would be pleased to offer design and alteration services at reasonable prices. All freight costs associated with the alteration shall be paid by the customer. Upon receipt of payment, all orders shall be processed immediately and a No Cancellation Policy takes effect.
